The anti-quake housing project is one of Xinjiang's 22 key people's livelihood projects. Last year, XJ invested more than 2.2 billion Yuan and reconstructed 2.44 million square meters of areas. The project greatly improves the  environment in schools and medical quality in hospitals. In 2012, Xinjiang will consolidate 2.1 million square meters of areas in schools and hospitals, basically fulfilling the reconstruction target in the region.
