Autumn is the best time to visit Kanas scenic spot. Since August, the daily visit of Kanas scenic spot is over 6,000 per day. The number of tourists who visited Kanas before August 19 hits 110,000, a 32% increase compared to the same time of last year, according to the managing committee of Kanas scenic spot.

Statistics show that, 2.4 billion Yuan had been invested to the scenic spot by the end of 2009. A batch of transportation projects including the building of Burqin-Kanas Highway, Kanas-Baihaba Highway and Kanas travel Airport had been completed.

Kanas scenic spot which is located in Burqin County of Xinjiang is comprised of three mainly attractions including Kanas, Baihaba and Wo Kimura. Apart from the spectacular sceneries, tourists can also experience unique customs of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.
