Under the guidance of "Spring Rain Project" by the Ministry of Culture, Zhejiang has organized a volunteers group to assist cultural development in Xinjiang. The starting ceremony was held on August 30. The volunteers group consisting over 20 cultural experts and professional workers will hold cultural exchange activities in Xinjiang from September 5 to 22.
