Airport: Xinjiang to build new airports
West China's Xinjiang will build four airports during the coming five-year period, including one airport in the middle of the Taklamakan Desert. The autonomous region's Civil Aviation Administration will build airports in Tazhong, Shache, Kroraina (Loulan) and Tumxuk.
Railway: China-Kazakhstan railway to be linked
The launching ceremony of the China-Kazakhstan Horgas International Border Cooperation Center will be held in Horgas of China's northwest Xinjiang on Friday. Besides, the event will celebrate the link-up of a China-Kazakhstan railway. Now the relevant preparation is underway.
